Which countries do you ship to?
30 EU/EEA countries, including Ireland, Malta and Cyprus. We don't ship to the United Kingdom or Switzerland because of customs formalities. Shipping €5.90, free over €69.
How long does delivery take?
2–5 working days depending on the country: 2–3 to Italy, 3–5 to Ireland, Malta and Cyprus. We dispatch within 1 working day and you always receive the tracking code by email.
How can I pay?
By credit or debit card and with the local methods available in your country (e.g. iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA). Payments are handled by Stripe: your card details never touch our servers.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes, always. The price you see is the final price: your country's VAT is calculated automatically at checkout, with no surprises on delivery.
Can I return them if they're not for me?
Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to return them, with no need to explain why. Full refund within 5 days of the parcel arriving.
What warranty do they come with?
A 2-year legal guarantee of conformity covering material and manufacturing defects, valid across the EU.
Are the glasses available with prescription lenses?
No, the lens is plano (no corrective power). You can wear them over contact lenses.
How are they different from clear blue light lenses?
Clear lenses typically block 30–65% of blue light. The SAFEBLUE orange lens blocks 99% in the 400–500 nm range and 85% between 500 and 530 nm: to filter properly, a visible tint is needed.
