Every SAFEBLUE Classic is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for by European law (Directive 1999/44/EC), valid in every country we ship to.

What it covers

• Manufacturing defects in the frame (hinges, temples, welds).
• Defects in the lens material or coating present from the outset.
• Defects in the hard case included.

What it doesn't cover

• Scratches on the lenses from normal use or improper cleaning.
• Accidental damage: drops, crushing, exposure to extreme heat.
• Loss or theft.

How to make a claim

Email info@safeblue.shop with your order number and a photo of the defect. We reply within 24–48 working hours: if the defect is covered, we replace the product at no cost, shipping included.
