Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return the glasses, whatever the reason. EU law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal: we offer 30, no questions asked.

How to make a return

• 1. Email info@safeblue.shop with your order number.
• 2. We reply within 24–48 working hours with the shipping instructions.
• 3. Send the glasses back in the original packaging, with the case and cloth. Return postage (around €5–8) is at your expense, unless the product is faulty: in that case, we pay.
• 4. Full refund to your original payment method within 5 days of the parcel arriving.

Conditions

• The product must be intact and in as-new condition.
• Visible scratches on the lenses or a frame damaged through misuse may reduce the refund, as set out in EU Directive 2011/83.
• Returns for manufacturing defects are always completely free.
