Who we share data with
To provide the service we rely on suppliers who process data on our behalf as processors: Stripe Payments Europe (payments and fraud prevention), Cloudflare (site hosting and delivery), the courier responsible for shipping and, only with your prior consent, Plausible Analytics (anonymous statistics, EU servers). We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Transfers outside the EU
Some suppliers (for example Stripe and Cloudflare) may process data in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer takes place on the basis of the safeguards provided for by the GDPR — the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep your data
- Order and invoicing data: for as long as required by tax and accounting obligations (typically 10 years).
- Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe or request erasure.
- Anonymous statistics: in aggregated form, without identifying you.
Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights provided for by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing, as well as withdrawal of consent. Write to info@safeblue.shop and we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (for example, the Data Protection Commission in Ireland).
