SAFEBLUE was born in Carpi, near Modena in northern Italy, out of a simple observation: we all spend more and more hours in front of screens — work, study, gaming, box sets — and the market for "blue light" glasses is full of clear lenses that filter very little and promise a great deal.

We chose the opposite path: a single model, with an orange lens that genuinely filters — 99% of blue light in the 400–500 nm range — and no promise that can't be measured.

• Scientific honesty: we state only the measurable physical properties of the lens. We make no health claims, and we say so clearly throughout the site.
• One product, made properly: no endless catalogue. All our attention goes into a single model.
• Real photos: every image on the site is a professional photograph of the actual product, not a render.

Who's behind it

SAFEBLUE is a project by Enrico Terzi, an independent developer and founder. No venture capital, no growth hacking: a small direct brand where the person answering your emails is the same person who designed the site.
